1. Overview

EpoxyFlow ("we", "us", "our") is a SaaS business management platform for epoxy flooring contractors, operated by 949 Media Group LLC. EpoxyFlow provides tools for lead management, quoting, payment collection, job scheduling, and customer communication. By using EpoxyFlow at epoxyflow.io, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

EpoxyFlow provides contractors with tools to manage leads, create and send quotes with on-site presentation and signature capture, collect payments via Stripe, schedule jobs, manage team members, and communicate with customers via email and SMS. Homeowners interact with EpoxyFlow when they receive quotes and make payments through the platform.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

EpoxyFlow sends transactional SMS messages to homeowners on behalf of epoxy flooring contractors who use our platform. SMS notifications are optional — homeowners may choose to receive them or receive all communications via email only.

By opting in to SMS notifications (either through a lead capture form checkbox or verbal consent to your contractor), you consent to receive the following types of text messages:

Consent is not required to receive service. If you do not opt in to SMS, all communications will be sent via email.

Message frequency varies based on your transactions with your contractor. Typically 1–3 messages per project.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from EpoxyFlow.

You may also text HELP for assistance.

EpoxyFlow will not use your phone number for marketing purposes. Messages are transactional only — sent in direct response to contractor-initiated invoices and payment actions.

Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. EpoxyFlow does not store credit card information. By making a payment through EpoxyFlow, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All payments are made directly to the contractor's account. EpoxyFlow charges a 0.75% platform fee on payments processed through the platform.

5. Subscription and Billing

EpoxyFlow offers subscription plans for contractors. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing at the rate displayed at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Privacy

Your use of EpoxyFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://legal.epoxyflow.io/privacy.html.

7. User Accounts

Contractors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

EpoxyFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of EpoxyFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
