EpoxyFlow SMS Messaging Terms

Program Name: EpoxyFlow Transactional SMS

Program Description: EpoxyFlow is a business management platform for epoxy flooring contractors. When a contractor uses EpoxyFlow to send a quote or payment request to a homeowner, EpoxyFlow delivers a transactional SMS message containing a link to view and pay the invoice. Messages may also include payment confirmations and payment reminders.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 1–3 messages per project. Messages are transactional only and are sent in direct response to contractor-initiated invoice actions. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the STOP message, EpoxyFlow will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from EpoxyFlow. If you want to re-opt in, contact your contractor directly.

EpoxyFlow ("we", "us", "our") provides a business management platform for epoxy flooring contractors, including lead management, quoting, and payment collection services. By using EpoxyFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

EpoxyFlow provides contractors with tools to manage leads, create and send quotes, collect payments via Stripe, and communicate with customers via email and SMS. Homeowners interact with EpoxyFlow when they receive quotes and make payments through the platform.

3. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number to a contractor who uses EpoxyFlow, or by submitting a quote request through an EpoxyFlow lead capture form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from EpoxyFlow on behalf of that contractor. These messages include:

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. EpoxyFlow does not store credit card information. By making a payment through EpoxyFlow, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All payments are made directly to the contractor's account.

Contractors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

EpoxyFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of EpoxyFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
